My Mother's Birthday!

Long time no posts I hear some of you saying!.....I have to apologise as I have been a bit slack of late aswell as really busy.....I have heaps I have done over the past few weeks so I will post you some creations every couple of days.....

But for now...It is my Mother's Birthday on the 1st August so I thought I must create her a card as she is so special to me....it was really hard to create it actually, as I felt nothing I could come up with would be as good as the way I feel about her.......hope you have a beautiful day mum as you are such a beautiful person.....xxx ....This card was inspired by another SU Demonstrator Marelle....I love her style!

A Baby Boy!!!

A quick post....this is a card I created last night for my friend Deb who has just had a Baby Boy named "Joe"..I wanted to post it to show you all, as I will be giving it to her today at Mothers Group...

So many people around me at the moment are having babies, so no doubt I will be making more....

July and August Classes

Here are my classes for July and August. I may add some more classes along the way depending on the response..if needed....

July: Box Making Class - 3 different types of GIFT boxes made for $10.00 (All supplies provided)
Date: Friday 25th July, at 7.30pm
Prepayment required for this class to reserve your seat.

August: Christmas Stamp-a-Stack Class - Make 6 Christmas cards for $10.00 (All supplies provided)
Date: Friday 22nd August, at 7.30pm
This class will be using Stamps/Accessories and Designer Christmas paper from the New Spring Mini Catalogue!!
Prepayment required for this class to reserve your seat. Get started early on your Christmas card collection, as you can never have to many!.....lol

All above classes are held in my home at Mardi.

Recent Creation!

I have so much to tell you all over the next couple of days, as lots of things are going on at the moment in the Stampin' Up!® world, so before I start on all of that I thought I would start with a recent creation I have made....I have used one of my favourite stamp sets (and everyone else's fav to!)..Baroque Motifs.....this set is great as it is so versatile and can be used in almost every way possible.....Hope you like it!....



I have used the following to create:

Elegant Eggplant, Purely Pomegranate and Whisper White cardstock
Elegant Eggplant ribbon
Purely Pomegranate, Pale plum and Elegant Eggplant Ink
Dazzling Diamonds embossed with Heat and Stick powder to give that sparkly effect
Soft Subtles eyelets (set with the Cropodile) and a Rhinestone from the Fire Circles collection
Scallop Punch
And lastly - "Because I Care" rub on from the Cherished Moments rub ons collection....
